Does Event Pics Photography charge a “travel” fee?
No (not usually). For events within our area, we generally do not charge any travel fee. Depending on the location of the event, we may charge a reasonable travel fee. In those cases, we would be happy to talk to you about those travel fees. Can anyone on the Internet see the event photos? No (unless the sponsor or host wishes to make the event photos publically available). Ordinarily, the photos of private events are password protected, so you must have a user name and password to view the photos of the event. The user name and password for the event, and instructions on where and how to view the event photos on our website are given to the event sponsor or host. This information can be obtained from them. With the sponsor’s permission, you can give the event password to your friends and relatives, so they can also view photos of the event you attended. This is left up to the sponsor and each guest, and we trust (and our Terms and Conditions require) that this will be done responsibly
