Does ETO track youth participation (e.g., contact hours) by specific service type?
Yes. LAYC has set up ETO to track methods of intervention as well as content area. So, for example, we could tell you that………. Today Promotor 1 worked with Participant 1. They met face to face at LAYC, talked about school/education for 30 minutes and talked about the participant’s behavior for another 30 minutes. Yesterday, Promotor 2 met with Participant 2’s parents to talk about the participant’s employment outlook for 60 minutes. And of course all of this information could be aggregated. Appendix B indicates that Promotores will collect outcome data directly from schools and employers. Will this information be collected by the Promotores for both the youth in the treatment group (i.e., the Promotores youth) and those in the control/comparison group (other LAYC youth eligible, but not included in Promotores)?
