Yes. Nautical Solution supports ENC New Edition (EN) and ENC Revision (ER). An ER is an update to the base file (EN). Nautical Solution can create an EN baseline and provide many editions of updates to an S-57 cell. ENs and ERs can be produced from either the centralized database environment (enterprise) or the desktop environment.
