ESPN’S INTERN PROGRAM Objective: ESPN’s college intern program has been an integral part of our workforce and recruiting program for many years. Our program is designed to achieve the following objective: To build a pool of promising, diverse college graduates who: Have developed skills and knowledge within the ESPN environment Demonstrated a high level of performance and potential Are informed and excited about working at ESPN and in our industry Perpetuate ESPN’s positive reputation as an employer of choice at their respective campuses and organizations Are tapped for full-time employment upon graduation Program Cycles: Spring: January – Mid May (12 weeks) Summer: Mid May – Mid August (12 weeks) Fall: Mid August – December (12 weeks) Intern Requests: Requests interns are solicited the semester prior to the program cycle. Department head approval is required on all requests. Please complete the Intern Request Form which can be found on the ESPN Intranet under Human Resources Documents
