Does ERCOT have a way to test message compression on the sandbox?

Message compression can be tested by using the compressed flag as described in section 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 in the External Interfaces Specification (EIP) located at the following link: http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/sandbox/index.html. This testing can be done using the Nodal production environment. The Sandbox is decommissioned as of the end of 2009.
