Does Epson recommend Photo RPM for printing everyday photos?
For most photos and other print tasks, we recommend the default print settings for the paper type users have selected. By using the default print settings, users achieve both excellent image quality and faster print speeds. With Microsoft Windows, simply select the print task (Text, Photo, etc.) and then the paper type (Matte paper, Glossy Photo paper, etc). The printer driver will automatically set the appropriate print settings. Photo RPM is available in the Advanced menu for those exceptional print tasks where image quality is the primary consideration.
