Does ePrompter work with authentication like SPA (secure password authentication)?

A. Yes. Go to the box of the individual ePrompter account, clicking “options” and then click “setup” which will take you to the “Account Options” page. In the lower right hand corner you will see the “SMTP server” box, which you can click on. If you had not previously put your SMTP server in the SMTP server slot, put it in and then look for a box followed by the words “Use Authentication” – check this box, and boxes will appear where you can put in your authentication login name and password. Once you have done that, click “Done” and hopefully you will be able to send. If you had previously put the SMTP, you should see the “Use Authentication” box when you click the “SMTP server” box. Then simply follow the instructions in the above paragraph. Top of Page Q. When I send Rediffmail messages using ePrompter, the messages are sent, but the word “Outbox” stays in the Rediffmail account box on my ePrompter screen and there’s a question mark saying there’s been a problem while it was trying
