Admitted students will be given detailed information regarding airport arrival. Information will include specific instructions on where to go after their plane touches the ground and the specific location to meet EPGY staff. A contact phone number will be provided for notifying EPGY of late arrivals and for students who need assistance locating EPGY staff at the airport. EPGY provides transportation to the airport for students on the day of departure. Transportation to and from the airport is included in the Summer Institutes fee.
