Any pre-existing medical conditions do need to be declared to the medical screening line to ensure cover under the terms and conditions of the policy. Any medical condition that may occur after you take out the insurance, but before you travel, also has to be declared. Cover for any conditions will only be provided following the acceptance by Optimum.
