No. In order to enroll your account(s) in Online Bill Pay you need to have a Mercantil Commercebank Personal Checking or Now Account, a valid Social Security Number, a mailing address in the United States and have had registered your account(s) to Personal Online Banking. In addition, you will need to have activated your Secure Access Card, an additional layer of identification designed to protect your identity online. Once you access your account using your Secure Access Card, please click on the “Bill Pay” option where you will be able to complete enrollment to the service.
