No. ENERGY STAR does not currently qualify screw-in LED bulbs. The Department of Energy released draft criteria for LED bulbs in 2009. Once finalized, the criteria will go into effect 270 days later, so ENERGY STAR-qualified LED bulbs will not be available for purchase until summer 2010 at the earliest.
