Does Emory have any pre-matriculation health requirements for new students?
Yes, we do (Emory is a major healthcare university, after all). Prior to a student’s arrival in Atlanta, students will need to download and complete immunization and patient privacy forms and mail them back to us. The Entrance Health History form will be completed online via our confidential/secure “Your Patient Portal” system. Students may access these forms at http://studenthealth.emory.edu/hs/hs_new_student_info.php.
