Does Emergency Response ever chase fire, smoke or water damage jobs?
While restoration and reconstructions companies are always anxious to help out, we do not feel the use of police scanners or internet programs to chase fires is appropriate or ethical. You will never have an Emergency Response representative arrive at your home without having been invited first by you personally, your insurance agent or your insurance company. Be wary of any restoration, reconstruction company or public adjuster that just happens to show up uninvited after your family has experienced an emergency.
