DOES ELEGANT GOWNS ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BRIDAL GOWNS?
Yes! Elegant Gowns is one of the very few on-line bridal salons to accept returns for Bridal Gowns. Please follow the instructions very carefully as any return/exchange which does not follow our procedures in a timely manner, will not qualify for a return. There will be a 10% restocking charge, minimum $30.00, for all returns and exchanges. For returns, the credit will be refunded to the credit card used for payment and processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the gown. Gowns that are “Featured Gowns” are offered at special, temporary price cuts – restocking fees for these gowns will be calculated based on the regular price, not the special featured price.
