Does Eleazar Morales offer payment plans?
Yes, Eleazar is more than happy to work out a payment plan. Some of the larger pieces can be expensive, as they take allot of time and effort to produce, and Eleazar understands that the purchase of these may be more difficult. As such, he does allow for a payment plan on any artwork. He asks for 20% downpayment on the item for the first month, and at least 10% a month until the artwork is paid for in full. The item will be held until completion of the purchase, at which time it will be shipped with insurance.
