Does Elder Broach Properties require a security deposit?
Yes. We require all of our residents to pay a refundable security deposit at the time of lease signing. The security deposit is typically equal to one months rent. There are occasions when we may require a higher security deposit because of the greater risks (such as poor, but explainable credit history, or if you are moving here without immediate employment).
