Support for JNDI Referenceble is provided, this allows binding of home objects into LDAP directories. Third party LDAP JNDI service providers are fully supported and can be used in conjunction with the default Ejipt JNDI service provider. Ejipt does not include an LDAP service provider just the same way Ejipt does not come with any JDBC drivers. Generally, customers have been using the Sun LDAP JNDI service provider to connect to LDAP servers.
