Does eGistics offer some method of tracking archive usage or performance?
Yes. eGistics provides users the ability to track and report on usage. Relative to users, the eGistics hosted service tracks activities by individual user, by administrative user, by group and by sub-group. For example, the system reports on login/logoff, any changes made via the administrative module, searches made (with arguments used), images and data viewed, etc.
The system also tracks data files loaded, the number of records read, the number of records loaded, load errors encountered, etc.
