Does EFAC replace fish oils?
Although the compound is a fatty acid it does not replace the need for Omega 3 fatty acids such as fish oils or flaxseed oil – they are complementary and can be taken together; each having their own beneficial action. Many people take Omega 3 fish oils for their anti– inflammatory action, however in broad tests EFAC has been proven to be a far more effective anti–inflammatory agent.
