Yes. I don’t know about your outline, but I do have some thoughts in general. First, it’s undeniable that to some extent racial profiling is used. I have talked to cops that admit as much. Secondly, education plays into the level of risk there is for an individual to become a criminal. It’s undeniable that less educated people are more likely to commit crimes. So, if you combine the two – blacks have a lower high school graduation rate and are more apt to be racially profiled – you have blacks more often committing crimes or being targeted by the police and arrested. It’s sad but true.
