Does Edit Buddy have any effect on system performance?
No. There is no effect on system performance. On very slow old computers users might notice slight slow-down when closing dialog box which has Edit Buddy attached to it. But even on slowest computers this slow down is usually much less than 1 second. (In our test on Intel 486 30 MHz computer, we didn’t see slowdown more than 100 milliseconds).
