Recurring Billing can be setup, but the options available to you are limited to the payment gateway that you choose. If you choose a gateway that supports only yearly recurring, then we cannot set the system to do monthly recurring and vice versa. Example: Authorize.net only supports monthly recurring, so we cannot set it up for a yearly option.
