• Answer: Microsoft has released Service Pack 2 for its Windows XP operating system. PennDOT and the ECMS Help Desk are not yet supporting this update due to the strict measures of security enforced by the browser. Our currently supported system is Windows XP SP1 and Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1. Please watch the ECMS website for bulletins regarding SP2.
