It’s against the law AND against eBay UK rules, even if you say it’s a replica. Same as how pirate DVDs are illegal, even if you say it’s a pirate.

You should be able to sell a fake counterfeit non-Rolex UNLESS there is a prohibition against selling items which are copyright infringements, which a fake non-Rolex would clearly be. Replica = fake, probably made in China, so you should specify that it is “a cheap Chinese rip-off fake”.
