No. However, under EAMS there will be no change in the current process for handling documents filed along with a petition to seal: The petition will be routed to a judge who will make a decision and issue an order on the petition. The documents that are the subject of the petition will remain in the file unsealed until the judge has the opportunity to make a decision on the petition.
