Does each touch monitor need to be calibrated?

0

For accuracy of the touch point to the screen image it is best to calibrate each monitor to the CPU and installed touch driver. There are several levels of general touch calibration 3, 4, 7 & 20 point, each increasing in precision. For coarse applications (i.e. large Icon’s or buttons) a 3 or 4 point calibration would be sufficient. The 7 and 20 point are best for very small targets and line drawing applications. First calibrate the monitor image scale and alignment using the monitor OSD and rear panel buttons before calibrating the touch array using the TSHARC control panel program on the PC.
