For each mailbox, you can specify any number and type of attachments that are sent with all response messages generated by this mailbox. However, you cannot specify different attachments for each question/answer pair in the FAQ database. For example, if the response mailbox is called marketing@mycompany.com, then a series of files can be specified associated with this mailbox, and every reply sent from this mailbox will include the attachments.
