e-FAQ can be interfaced with any COM-enabled application, including CRM products such as Clarify, Vantive, Siebel, Remedy, Onyx, Pivotal, etc. Authoring and Query COM APIs are available. This allows e-FAQ to be used in a variety of ways to help make employees more effective.
