Does e-FAQ have a capability to import from FAQ documents directly, such as Word, Wordperfect, Excel, HTML, or ASCII TXT files?

e-FAQ includes a bulk answer load utility to import question/answer pairs from an Excel-compatible spreadsheet file. Questions are put in column A and answers in column B. Formatted text files can easily be imported into Excel as well. Also, using e-FAQ’s Authoring COM API, entries from a variety of sources can be added with minimal programming. Even if the bulk answer load utility is not used, it is a fairly straightforward process to take an existing FAQ, break it down into separate question and answer pairs, and create new e-FAQ entries. Customers have found this process to be fairly minimal in many cases.
