Does e-FAQ come with an empty database? In other words, do I need to plan on a lot of initial time to populate, load or seed the question-answer pairs before e-FAQ does useful work?
e-FAQ does not include a pre-populated database. It is up to the purchaser to input questions and their answers into e-FAQ in order to start the auto response process. e-FAQ does provide import utilities to quickly import information in other formats, such as MS Word documents, or Excel documents.
