Does e-chain support Available to promise from supply chain planning data?
e-chain does availability check from the Planning engine data that is created from the Supply chain plan run. Supply chain plan can be unconstrained and constrained (material and resource) methods. The great advantage of this system is the powerful Supply chain engines data; the ATP engine gives an accurate sales order promise date. The ATP engine looks into the availability of the saleable product and all the sub-assemblies and components involved in the product for availability check. The ATP engine also looks into the availability of resources for giving the promise dates.
