Yes. DurAlt® FC will assist in cold weather operations. However, in winter conditions PMC recommends the use of DuraFlo®, another patented diesel fuel additive that is marketed by PMC. DuraFlo® will maintain flow to –30oF in most #2 diesel fuels, thus eliminating the need to blend #1 diesel fuel. DuraFlo® contains the key additive components of DurAlt® FC.
