Jubebe S, it can result in one of two things if you open a pancake Bistro, you could make a gold mine or fall flat on your face. When I was on Holiday in Sydney, there was this place, massive old place in the Rocks area called Pancakes on the Rocks, it was open 24/7 and we went there a few times. I have no idea if it is still there, but one thing they had a vast variety on the menu to go with pancakes.
