NO! DualDesk uses direct point-to-point communications initiated by the remote computer to connect directly to your support technician’s computer. It runs entirely on your own Windows based desktop computers and there are no 3rd party services involved so you retain full control of the service as well as the costs. Even if you use web based configuration files or the delayed start feature, the file will be stored on your own website.
