Dial-up access will be provided free of charge if your DSL connection fails. Dial-up access will remain active until the DSL connection is repaired. A2: DSL customers can also purchase a dial-up account for $5.00 per month for 10 hours of access. Overtime will be billed at $1.00 per hour.
