Drobo Dashboard treats each Drobo or DroboPro that is connected to a single computer (whether daisy chained or using different data ports) as a separate device. Drobo Dashboard creates a separate tab for each unit. So, for example, if you select one Drobo’s tab, and then click on the “Advanced Controls” button, Drobo Dashboard displays Data and Tools tabs for the device whose tab you originally selected.
