Does Drive Image 2002 run completely in Windows?
Drive Image 2002 features a new Windows interface that allows you to create images of partitions that do not have any open files on them (such as non-active operating system partitions and data partitions) without ever leaving Windows. However, if a partition has open files on it (such as the active Windows partition), you will be prompted to shut down Windows and reboot to DOS in order to create the image. This limitation is still necessary because all files on a partition must be closed for Drive Image to create a reliable image.
