Yes, dragging and dropping works. Keep in mind that any account that has the lock icon enabled will not allow for dragging and dropping. To drag and drop, begin by placing your mouse pointer over the Event/Task you are interested in. Click, hold and drag the left mouse button. With this action, the Event/Task will move along with your pointer. When you are satisfied with the move, release the left mouse button and the Event/Task should drop into place.
