DPSS has an array of Homeless Assistance (HA) programs: temporary shelter with financial assistance to stay at a motel for 16 consecutive days; permanent HA for helping move clients in to a fixed residence; moving assistance; Emergency Assistance to Prevent Eviction (EAPE); and a number of others.
