Does Dog Crates Online offer a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products, and offer a 30 day warranty. In the event a product needs to be returned due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship, simply contact us via email, fax or phone for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA #). Once you receive an EMA #, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions that will be included with your notice. Once the product is received, we will immediately repair or replace your crate, and immediately ship it back to you via UPS Ground.
