Does document structure have to be isomorphic to rhetorical structure?
According to the definitions in the report, yes. However, we have revised our thinking on this, and have decided that, although we do in fact believe that they are isomorphic, we are prepared to accept that others might not want them to be. We are therefore revising the definitions to allow for distinct (although related) structures.
