Does doctor who really love Rose Tyler?
Yes he really really does. There are so many people out there who don’t want to see it, mainly people who hate the character of Rose, but it is VERY clear that, in the NuWho, the Doctor was written to fall in love with Rose. Folks, we can’t argue with the writing, because when you boil it down, that’s all a show really is – actors and directors putting on a show according to a script. The creative team (with approval from many levels of production, I’m sure) wrote the Doctor and Rose to be in love. In fact in the series 4 finale, his Duplicate confesses that love to her and the original Doctor leaves heartbroken. Again, there are those out there who will rationalize away everything leading up to that point, ignore the intentions of the writers, and wave away the sincerity the actors portrayed in that final scene with Rose and the two Doctors. But it’s because THEY don’t want it. THEY don’t want him to love her. He does… and they don’t like it. I’m a fan of the Doctor/Rose couple, by
