Yes! (but if we both did our job right, you should not need it). Temporary staffing companies and Employment Agencies offer creative guarantees in all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately, most of them are not worth the paper they are written on. Executive Recruiters, on the other hand, are highly-trained and skilled specialists who fully understand that if they do their job right, a guarantee should not be necessary. Unfortunately, however, we all know that even the best match can fall apart. Therefore, dmDickason will guarantee each placement for a period of 30 calendar days. What this means is that if our candidate does not work out for any reason, we will provide replacement candidates at no charge. Since the assignment has, essentially, been completed (at least once) to your complete satisfaction (remember, you are the ultimate decision maker as to whether a candidate is right for the job, or not), we do not offer cash refunds.
