Does district of columbia have delegates?
Yes, they are represented the U.S. House of Representatives by one delegate. However, in his/her position he/she is able to serve on and vote with committees, as well as speak from the House floor. But he/she is not permitted to vote on final passage of legislation. Currently the District of Columbia is represented by Eleanor Holmes Norton(D).
