Does DiscGolf365 follow all applicable broadcast and copyright laws?
To the best of our knowledge we are complying with any/all applicable rules and regulations. All material directly produced by DiscGolf365 and PDGA Radio are free of copyright violations, using fair-use laws, non-licensed material, and/or approved material. In other instances we have acquired the limited broadcast rights from the content’s producer, or have otherwise been approved to broadcast the material using a variety of means, inlcuding the ‘Creative Commons’ license. We cannot be held responsible for their violations, as we expect all DiscGolf365 content providers to fully abide by all professional regulations, we will however promptly remove any material that is found to be in violation of any applicable copyright law.
