Does dirt and liquid get trapped between the seams and under the RaceDeck flooring?
Maybe. This answer is not clear cut for the following reasons. The seams on our RaceDeck Diamond, FastDeck and CircleTrac polypropylene flooring are not “water tight” but almost, and therefore dirt and liquid seepage can occur. The flooring can easily be hosed off, power-washed or power blown to clean any surface liquids or dirt. Any water that seeps between the seams will drain naturally with the slope of the surface the flooring is installed on because the base of the tiles are designed with “channels” so as to not restrict the flow of liquids. Also, there is enough air-flow under the floor to allow natural evaporation of any “pooling” areas.
