In some cases it is necessary for dietworks to contact your doctor. This is normally when a person has an existing medical condition. Dietworks would need to be fully aware of the correct medical information before providing advice. Dietworks will inform you if we need to contact your GP prior to proceeding with the appointment. Dietworks will write to your GP or consultant following the initial appointment to explain what advice has been given. If you do not wish for us to do this, please feel free to discuss it with us.
