Does Dietitian Network accept medical insurance?

We strive to make our services available to all. However, not all insurance companies will cover for services provided by Dietitians. If you have diabetes or renal disease, most insurance carriers are required to cover at least 3 sessions of nutrition therapy. Each private insurance company has specific criteria for Medical Nutrition Therapy provider status and reimbursement. Before submitting a superbill to an insurance company, it is suggested you contact their provider coordinator to determine if MNT services by the RD are a covered service.
