Yes, DICOMmail supports JPEG Lossless and JPEG Lossy compression. From the program, go to the File menu and click ‘Configuration’. Under the Out Mail section in this dialogue box, you can select ‘Use JPEG Lossy’. (The default compression is JPEG Lossless.) You can change the Compress Rate manually, or deselect ‘Use JPEG Lossy’ here.
