Sure. DEVONthink is completely built on Unicode, and perfectly supports non-Latin scripts such as Cyrillic, Hebrew, and Arabic (including writing from right to left). Use Format> Alignment> Writing Direction to adjust the writing direction to best fit your language. In DEVONthink Pro Office the built-in ABBYY OCR engine does not support Arabic and Hebrew, though, due to licensing restrictions.
